Themes Designed by artists are more variable in quality, but give you a lot more options, and many consists of custom backgrounds for new tabs.

- The very first thing you need to do is launch the Google Chrome browser.
- Next, Right-click the Windows “Start” button and tap “Open Windows Explorer”. Navigate to the download folder, where the themes will be saved when downloaded. Custom themes are saved with the “.crx” file extension

- Click “Add” in the Confirm New Theme dialog box.
How to remove Google Chrome Themes?

- Open the menu and select ‘Settings’.
- Select ‘Appearance’ from the left-hand menu and click ‘Reset to default’.

Part of Google’s collection of designer themes, Amy Smajlovic, a fashion designer designed this fun and fresh look. It offers semi-transparent tabs and a bright, almost psychedelic background to brighten your desktop.
Interestingly though, not all custom themes make it easy to separate tabs and read labels. This Google-designed theme is designed to be as easy to use as possible and it still looks stunning.
This theme is based on a beautiful photo of a Turkish beach at sunset. It is very atmospheric and looks attractive on a large monitor. The only problem is that tab labels can be a little hard to read, so you may have to scroll through them.
An interesting, hot Chrome theme that’s a real pick-me-up when you load your browser in the morning. This is a stunning high-contrast theme, so tab labels are clear, and it’s quite easy to distinguish between active and background tabs.
